Lloyd Silver, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CFA
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to launching Provada, Lloyd served as President of The Silver Group, one of the largest independent life insurance agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area, and as Chairman and Chief Product Strategist for a financial services software startup company. His 20-plus years of experience in areas such as insurance sales and operations, and financial services-related software development, are the backbone for the innovative business model and proprietary tools Provada provides to its clients. Lloyd has a long history of community involvement including serving for five years as the President of the Oakland East Bay Symphony and as a Board Member of the Chabot Space and Science Center. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Mt. Diablo chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Alan Silver, CLU
Executive Vice President

With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Silver was one of the most successful life insurance agents in the country prior to joining Provada and dedicating his professional efforts to assisting advisors with case development, sales, and marketing. He is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, the Million Dollar Round Table, and the International Forum. His expertise and first-hand knowledge about how to forge and maintain successful partnerships has been incorporated into Provada's business model and mode of operation from the outset, giving Provada's clients a distinct advantage over the competition.

Vickie Bianculli
Vice President of Brokerage Operations

Ms. Bianculli has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining the Provada team, she worked in various operational capacities at Transamerica Life Insurance Company, as a case manager and underwriter for an independent brokerage, and then as a brokerage manager for Capital Synergies, Inc. Her expertise is a great asset to our clients.

Bob Burton, LLB, CLU, ChFC, AEP
Director of Advanced Planning

For more than 40 years, Bob Burton has been recognized as an industry leader in the field of advanced planning with life insurance. Early in his career, he was the West Coast Advanced Planning Director for New York Life, and later the vice President of Management Compensation Group-SF, specializing in non-qualified deferred compensation plans for large corporations. He is a sought-after speaker nationally, including two presentations before the MDRT, of which he is a life and qualifying member, and two before the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), of which he is also a member. He is a past President of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council and a member of three local EPCs, and is a past Board member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC).
