70+ Years of History
While Provada Insurance Services, Inc. was founded in 2003, our history dates back to 1937 when Ben Silver joined New York Life Insurance Company as an agent. Over the coming decades, Ben became a life insurance industry legend and his practice grew. Ben's nephew, Alan Silver, joined his uncle's practice and himself became one of the most successful life insurance agents in the country. The third generation of the Silver family, Lloyd Silver, joined the firm in 1987 which was then called The Silver Group.
The Silver Group grew and evolved, providing life insurance and wealth management solutions to affluent individuals and businesses. The company also began working extensively with allied professionals whose clientele had life insurance needs that they themselves could not address. The Silver Group transformed itself into Provada, focusing exclusively on delivering financial solutions within the brokerage general agency environment through independent financial professionals and organizations.
